The most important thing about a person is not only his or her abilities and experience, but also his or her attitudes and behavior in life. The positive attitude of help and collaboration is the most useful to improve, because it helps to do things together with others.
Therefore, when hiring personnel, do not pay attention to how much a person says he knows, look at how he lives and how he behaves, because his wisdom is in the way he lives, not in what he says he knows or in the school where he studied.
There are three things that help us to improve in life, they are things that can be taught and can be learned; one is to increase knowledge, another is to develop skills and the third is to modify attitudes, the most difficult to achieve is the last one; therefore, hire people with a positive attitude, which is what makes the difference between a mediocre person and a successful one.
The greatest value of an organization is the person, but it is not the individuals that make companies successful, but the teams; that is why the integration of teams is built with people with good attitude, who are committed to their work and give their best effort and who are co-responsible for the results of others.
