General objective of the program
That the managers, middle managers and workers of the company put into practice the guidelines established by the Norma Oficial Mexicana NOM-035-STPS-2018, Psychosocial risk factors at work - Identification, analysis and prevention, being evidenced in documentary and enriched with the acquisition of knowledge, methodologies and practical tools for its permanent implementation.
